A multi-set film and photo studio that also books as an event hall, at 436 E 12th Street in Oakland’s San Antonio neighborhood, a few blocks from Lake Merritt. Photography, video, podcasts, workshops, art shows, and private gatherings — they swap sets and backdrops depending on the booking. Has hosted queer community nights, including a trans-centered mutual aid market with drag, and Cinco De Gayo, a WLW party. Wheelchair-accessible building with a bathroom; a small outdoor area has one step.
